(Dude. I moan so much in my journal entries. I should get some doodles uploaded.)
My mum and sister really don't understand why I style my hair in such a "ridiculous and stupid" (As quoted by my sis) way. They think it's about looking nice. It makes we want to scream. It's not always about looking nice. It's my hair, stop suggesting what I should do and STOP enforcing your nice style ideologies onto me and my style.
You've just got your hair perfect. You feel awesome. It LOOKS (To you and other people) awesome. You've nailed that style. You so want to get out there and show it off.
"It looks nicer when it's all separated, not clumped together."
What I don't understand, is my mum thinks it's good when you don't give a toss about what the next person thinks about your image. "Look at him, he doesn't care." She keeps saying when we walk around Leeds. Ah, Leeds. The place where looking different is normal.
So...she likes the fact that I don't care. She's given up and says she doesn't care how I style my hair, it's mine. So why can't I do this and do that and not style it like this for school? Why does she keep saying it looks nicer this way and that when she doesn't care?
Stop playing with my mind!
